Customer service is dead. Wells Fargo puts little into the hiring and training of there reps. I called to get assistance with a transaction that made no sense to me. I got a smart mouth punk who was horrible at his job to say the least. I was refused an id number from the rep and was told that's personal information! What type of company is this? You would think that with all the bad press they've been getting they would try to improve in the most basic of areas. Instead of opening up fraudulent accounts why not give quality customer service to your real customers? Oh yeah his manager backed him up on not giving id number. smh fwf

Wells Fargo - Horrible customer service- Unable to do anything in Branch

Repeatedly, I have found Wells Fargo to be unwilling to provide any customer service or support. Most recently, they refused to accept a Notarized Power of Attorney (POA) to get my uncle's account number for an insurance filing. Since he is under 24 hour nurse care, we drafted a POA for exactly this purpose. In the past, I had a stagnant savings account eaten by Wells Fargo for crazy fees. When I went to withdraw savings, I was told I owed money because fees to let them hold my money for the past year was more than I deposited. If you ever need assistance or information, Wells Fargo will make you feel like you are a beggar.

Glad you won in court but please please please stop drinking - your post makes little to NO sense at all, all of this drinking is impacting your ability to clearly communicate with people and perhaps that’s been part of the issue you’ve been having with Wells Fargo, not sure but there’s a good chance - anyways glad you won Signed Your Son

Wells Fargo - Denied to dispute incorrect charges and fraudulent

Wells Fargo is the worst credit card on earth. I always make full payment on time, no matter how much my outstanding balance on my balance account. However, when i complaint in regards to incorrect charges ($190) due to fraudulent. Eventually, I received a phone call that wells fargo unable to dispute the incorrect charges as the department who took money from my account did not response, therefore, i should be charged. This really upset me because wells fargo should be responsible for disputing incorrect and fraud transactions. I highly recommend not to use Wells Fargo credit cards due to incompetent costumer service.

Wells Fargo - Crippled 8 years ago by illness, total disability finally this past 3 months and l owe money all over the place just to survive my internal damages, broken bones ..just move me wrong and my bones

They are foreclosing on me and after taking me to court 3 times, foreclosing, getting mix up stories and actions that were fraud like unrolling debts that they paid onto my home liens, adding 2 more mortgages with a assignee that did foreclose on me instantly.. Then wells fargo cleaned out my 401k out to pay mortgage off the assignee said...money for property deed, title, the release...so we met with the lawyer in my area and paid, signed contracts, got copies, they filed finally now this year, the assignee! Whew!!!! But now we have to meet with wells , long drive who wont release the lien.... Instead they sold it to S&Lloan Servicing. Foreclosure...??? They think so. The house is mine!! Throw a cripple out? Give a company foreclosure mill the dirty job so you skip out on what you did.

We paid it off ask said, Wells Fargo Assignee did clean out our 401k with Us on the phone to pay off the mortgage year 2012. Wells Fargo decided it wasn't Enough money several years after the contracts were signed, the money for property exchanged and finally the release was mailed, checked into the county recording.

It’s very simple - life sometimes sucks, bad things happen to good people and sounds like you were caught up in a spell of bad luck BUT Wells Fargo is a business and they can’t treat you any differently than anyone else, period! That’s the law - what else is a shame is the fact that you stopped paying your mortgage and feel it’s Wells Fargo’s problem instead of yours and you feel they’re wrong - hate to tell you this but had you paid your mortgage you wouldn’t be losing your house - that was the agreement you entered into with the bank and unfortunately it’s the agreement YOU broke Sorry for your bad luck

The account number and the name for who the security system was for did not jive. The name that went with the security system account was NOT the name on the bank account where the payment was being taken.

Wells Fargo doesn't check these things out?

Wether my father, whom we now know has the beginning of dementia (yes, I know the dementia is not the banks fault) but the bank should have a system to check these things out! When I went to the bank to speak to them about this, they were very defensive and rude from the very start of our conversation!

Wells Fargo - Bad customer service

Details
The executive office told me if I put money in my escrow account before May 1st, then my mortgage will go down on my payment. I had a case open for help assistance as well and then they decided to sell my loan to another company, which they failed to tell me while I was going through assistance. They are the worse company I ever had to deal with in my life. I am caught up on my loan and everything except the escrow account.
