Im an over the road truck driver. Been with Wells Fargo for a year. Nothing but problems in the last 2 months. They keep shutting my card off cause I use my card all over US. They say they are doing it for security reasons. They know im in all states. Than all im allowed to take out for cash is $200 a day. If I need more of my money than that in cash im screwed. Cant just drive an 18 wheeler into a branch office. This is insane. Cant get my own money from this bank. Now I believe so many people that told me not to go to this bank. Will be taking my money elsewhere. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK!!!!! Eric Amundson

Your a big liar the daily withdrawal limit for all debit cards is 310 a day, It's YOUR responsibility to notify the bank if your traveling, get a business account and you won't have this problem.

Rude customer service at wells fargo New store on Vermont and Wilshire

showed up at 10:45 am today 4/1/15 an agent ask another one to help me when he saw me. The other agent said nope he was going to lunch. He came back at 11:10 so I waited more than 25 minutes and still no help. When the guy came back with his coffee saw me and totally ignored me. I left. this is their newest branch in K-town if the service will be like my first experience I'm def. not going back again. There are plenty of banks on Wilshire and I was always treated with great customer service. No need to deal with these type of people.

Will not let me pay car payment while wife is in hospital | Wells Fargo review from Carmichael, California

I went into the wells Fargo branch by my office off 95th street in Lenexa Ks. My Wife is in the hospital and because we were short on funds sent me into the branch with her credit card to pay the car payment. the lady at the window said I would have to take a cash advance off the card, which I said was ok, but when she found the card was in my Wife's name, even thought the address was the same, they wouldn't let me do it...for the EXACT amount as the payment. how many crooks take stolen cards and pay bills for the card owner???? So when I finally was trying to explain that to the Manager, it was like I was talking a foreign language. My choice is be late or drag my Wife from the hospital to show the card with her ID...I will NEVER do business with a company that hires idiots and promotes them into Management

Seriously? It's not your card - of course they won't let you take cash or a payment from it!

How do they know you didn't just steal some woman's card? Even if you are married - you could still be doing some sort of fraud against your wife. It happens every day. How about finding alternative ways to make a payment, maybe even ahead of time?

Mail a check? Call their customer service?

If you are married you should at least have some finances as joint holdings so when something happens to one, the other can take care of it. It's so interesting to see how people blame bank policies for their stupidity and being unprepared.

You should have thought about the amount of money that you were asking Wells Fargo to Ref.Companies does not Ref I because you have a change of heart.They do not Ref I because you want a New Toy.Now you have two payment's instead of paying one off and Then getting into another.What is going to happen when you cannot afford both payment's each month.This is what I call over extending yourself.Wanting to be what you are not.Trying to keep up with the Joneses.You Wang's are probably larger than you mean's of paying.Don't place blame on Wells Fargo for they were probably trying to save your pitiful life.I will never understand why people try to be more than they are.

You should be happy that they froze your account.Chase Bank did the same to my account and I for one was happy that they did so.Someone was trying to remove money from my account without me being aware of this matter.I did not give anyone permission to remove any money from my account.I went thru the drive thru to withdraw some money and The cashier informed me that I had to come into the bank because someone had tryed to withdraw some funds from my account but did not have the proper I.D.So my account was flagged for fraud.It took about 6 mos.For my account to be unflagged.Every time I went to the bankiI had to go inside to make a translation on my account.I did not mind because of how quick the bank caught the person trying to go into my account.Also this person was my Ex-Sister-In-Law.We had the same name but not the same information.She got as far as changing my address to hers this is how I knew who tryed to withdraw from my account.But she could not show a I.D. or D.L. to withdraw the money.So I really appreciate JP Morgan Chase Bank for their fast reaction to this matter.Another thing I always check my bank account before I write a check.If your account is flagged you can also find out on your computer before writing a check.The bank will highlight the Concern and Have you contact them about the concern.

Funds frozen | Wells Fargo review from Plano, Texas

Wells Fargo fraud dept. thought something looked suspicious and froze my funds, NO call to me. Didnt even know until checks were returned not honored. Had no access to MY money for a week, after dealing with multiple rude and inept customer service reps. I Still do not know why they did it, no explanations and they don't care...at all. This should be illegal. I am Considering legal action. No promises or deadlines were met on their end. How can a bank hold your money with no contact to the individual and refuse to even say why? This is unacceptable.

wells fargo is the worst of all they drag on for a yr of sending same *** over n over for their loan modifaction.till you are sooo far behind you cant do anything but yet they tell you dont make a payment. also which the gov pays them more for them to take your home away than for you to keep it! they falsify your credit report to make it look like you were behind. they falsify and charge you for hazard insurance you do not need or have or escrow account they make and take but dont pay anything, and when asked where the money went they cant tell you!!! really whos pockets did you fill you owe me insurance , escrow, credit reports and a home that myself, daughter and grandson had been living in and put onto the streets without a care. this company is heartless.so people run donot consider them n option to use in any way ...

Wells Fargo really did live up to its him pressure rep.

1. Given to a low level "banker" 2. Walked across the hall to the " banker" who would help 3. Yvette from the "-so called – Advisors" - then was called to come in to triple tag me. 4. Been with this bank 30 years. 5. Expect honest treatment - did not got it. 6. What should have been a ten minute transaction turned into keeping me in their office with 3 Wells Fargo people from 11 am till 12:20 pm. 7. Stress for a good customer. Why? 8. This is an honest review of my experience today. Will we continue, sure. Do they care..?

My card went missing and I went into our branch store right away to get a replacement card. they told me it would be expected in the mail in three weeks and my old one would get shut off. Sending my off with a temp card. Well I have a trip four hours away from my hometown and left on a Friday using my temporary card. Buying dinner once I get there it doesn't work. Embarrassing. Never got one in the mail so never thought about it. Called the One 800 number asking if they could Maybe turn it back on for the weekend. No way. complete attitude. I told them I didn't know what they expected me to do I don't have gas money, food money or a place to stay for free. It's 730pm here. No branch is open. My fault yes for not thinking ahead of time. But his reply was "well your insurance company can bring you gas when you run out this weekend" And hung up on me. First thing Monday morning you bet I'm going to take every penny out of Wells Fargo. And going straight to a bank that actually cares about me.
