Mistreat there customers

wells fargo does not care about there customers, they will not treat you the way customers should be. your just a disturbance to them.they will ignore any and all complaints ( against there employees)and hang up on you.they seem to have no accountability at all and have no fear at all about losing there jobs.they will threaten to close your account ( because they can) and use that as a way to silence you.customers deserve better treatment and should be treated as a valued customer not as garbage.your basically talking to yourself when you call.case managers ignore any and all complaints ( includes there supervisor) and refuse to do anything.should close your account with them and go to a better bank. They will silence you by refusing your calls and closing your account. Not how customers should be treated

I decided to turn this lame post into a drinking game. Every time you use "there" instead of "their" I take a shot.

I do a long pour shot to commemorate your poorly written run on, mess of a sentence. Please tell me you communicate better in person.

Oh and BTW, you didn't mention what caused you to whine like this. What did you want them to do that they said no to?

Claim assistance

I’m having a problem with claims rep for a purchase they sent me a copy of questions I answer with rep. Two of the answers are not true and I have proof. It’s like I can’t get anywhere with this situation and highly upset. I was to someone from executive was going to call me I haven’t spoke with anyone. I need someone high in office to call or email me. I have been with you guys for to long to be going through this and a hardship.

Cannot get ahold of anybody, 2 months on phone hours aday.

Every day. Have called many times up to 6 times, a day 3 to 4 hours at a time, to try to get my retirement, do not put your money into this company. Fidelity is better. I am put on hold , nobody will answer all reps are bizzy, bull. Do not want to lose that money.

Answer the damn phone

I need to confirm my bank numbers ASAP!!

I have been calling local bank numbers and even toll free numbers and can't seem to get ANY help. I need to verify the numbers I have for my account. I have been trying to receive my stimulus payment. For some reason it is telling me that my routing number is incorrect. Please feel free to call me. 954`822-****.

No help from the bank in branch or online

I was in an emergency situation trying to wire money so that the recipient could pay their staff, this was explained multiple times. I tried going physically to two branches. When I attempted online twice, it was rejected for reasons unknown to me. The staff at this bank have an IQ level below chimpanzees. I bet monkeys can do a better job. And I am talking about American call center agents not overseas. To think that I have banked with them forever. I hope this bank folds.

Complete Frustration and pity for a make believe Bank

Talked with 10 people in 4-5 states nothing has been done. Keep reinventing the wheel. Its not my job too many divisions. Trying to open IRA accounts and get "NOWHERE" Your executives must be overpaid to ride this stagecoach hoping it works out till they can retire.

Long hold time

I picked the option to speak to a Mortgage Specialist. I was put on hold for 58 minutes. I understood the long wait due to the pandemic. But after a rep came on the line her name was Jasmine I was put on hold again for 30 minutes and I got tired of holding and just hung up the phone.TTDead

Problems with PPP application

to whom it may concern, Yesterday I sent the following email to my branch mananger in Gaithersburg, Md.: Good morning, My name is Stuart Cadel and I have been a Wells Fargo Business/Personal Acct. customer for over 20 years. Since March 15, 2020, I had to shut down my food distribution company due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and the Governors order to "shelter in place." We had to stop deliveries immediately and tell our drivers no more work was available. Last week, we heard of the PPP SBA Covid-19 relief Loan Program. After calling your office at Crown I was told first by Jarrell on April 1st and then the next day by Bena that the application can only be done online starting April 3rd. Of course with the overwhelming response and the fact that the banks had to get guidelines from the SBA, it was delayed and we were told to keep checking the Wells Fargo website as to when the application would be available. I checked the website at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday night (April 5) and still got the same message to check back later when it is available. At 6:00 a.m. this morning (April 6), I checked again to see the following posting: We know that these are tough times, and we’re committed to helping you get through this. We announced on April 5, 2020 that Wells Fargo is targeting to distribute a total of $10 billion to small business customers under the requirements of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and will focus on serving two segments: nonprofits and small businesses with fewer than 50 employees. We have received forms from customers expressing interest in the PPP that we expect will fill the company’s capacity to lend under the program, as Wells Fargo continues to operate under existing asset cap limitations. Given the exceptionally high volume of requests we have already received, we will not be able to accept any additional requests for a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program. We will review all expressions of interest submitted by customers via our online form through April 5 and provide updates in the coming days. I know these are tough times but to max out overnight before anyone even has a chance to apply just does not seem right. I have been a loyal customer with Wells Fargo, including staying with Wells Fargo through all of the turmoil the bank went through the past few years. I was happy to say I have seen major improvements at the branch locations. I have no idea when life will return back to normal and when my business will be able to open up again, and all I'm asking for is a little relief from the SBA via Wells Fargo. It is a known fact now that banks are favoring big business, making themselves look like small businesses, and chewed through the stimulus money quickly. I swear it's a power-move to make the rich richer and the poor poorer.

All major banks are doing this, and now the stimulus money is being refined to agricultural businesses only. The government is playing major games with the livelihood of small business; the backbone of this economy. Do they not care if the U.S.

ends up in another Great Depression because of their greed & power-hungry practices? SMH

I have not lost any money at this point. If I get late charges from my financial obligations that couldn’t process automatic payments, then I’m sure the fees will add up exponentially.

My online banking said all my cards are restricted from transactions. I got emails from creditors that some of my bills did not go through and they are going to cancel some of my services. Online said to call customer service which is open 24/7, so far I have been on hold with customer service now for an hour and 40 minutes. I was told that the wait would be 10 minutes. I will have to hang up after 2 hours because this is ridiculous. Last week I went to the drive up window to do a transaction that could not be done through ATM. When I got there at 4:45pm, everything was closed down and no one was inside. The displayed hours and online said they were open until 5:00pm. To date, you cannot even go inside a bank for your business. This is yet another reason why I am ready to leave Wells Fargo bank. I will change banks for all of my accounts and my families. Very disappointed!

User's recommendation: DANGER! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! Run as fast as you can from Wells Fargo and find a bank that knows how to operate.

I accessed my account and when selecting transfer funds using Zelle, I received an "error" and message indicates to "try later." Is Zelle transfer down? If so, how long do you expect it to be down? Please advise. Thank you in advance for your responsiveness
