I was humiliated

Wells Fargo cashed the check the following day after putting the writer and me through a unforgettable journey. I was told that I couldn't get a cashier's check because I wasn't a member.

I assume a cash shortage caused them change their mind, I was presented a cashier's check. Now, I would like the manager to receive more training in customer to include ALL people and an apology from her.

I presented a check that was drawn by Wells Fargo and was told to take it to my bank. It was a sizable check and I wanted to make sure that funds were available. I was told that they couldn't help me. The writer was called and he asked then to cash the check. I asked what was the problem, I were told that the funds are here but, there's some verification problems. I was asked again to take it to my bank. I asked for the manager and was told that she was busy. However, she left her office to interpret for a Hispanic man. I insisted and the manager came to her door and without making eye contact with me yelled "NO FUNDS WILL LEAVE HERE TODAY" and returned to her office. The writer and I are people of color. The writer had to go to his bank in Maryland to be identified and have the bank call the bank in NC before releasing funds.

Someone want to transfer money from my account to other because the scram got my information

Scram got my information I PayPal money from my account to scram $700 so I email PayPal to refund my money back the scram call me today if I dont call PayPal the will do bank transfer because scram got my information my ID and my last 4 SSN number can you block if scram do it

Someone want to transfer money from my account to other because the scram got my information

I PayPal money to scram and I email to PayPal to refund my money back so the scrams call me today if I dont call PayPal then they will transfer money from bank to bank because scram got my information my ID my Last 4 SSN number can you block if they do it from my account

Car payment on the phone

There wasnt even an option on the automated telephone 800 number to pay a car payment and took me almost 10 minutes Im going through a different situation before I finally got an operator on the phone and I was able to pay a payment . Thats Bad service

Unauthorized transactions

Wells Fargo - Unauthorized transactions
When I was in Mexico for my wedding, I incurred a life threatening medical situation which I was in the hosp.Once I became coherent, I slowly realized what was going on. The hospital was going to refuse treatment of my life or death situation without a credit card. My fiancé at the time got my card out of my purse, without me knowing and the hospital ran it three or four times til it got an amount of 1,800. I clearly told them it wasnt authorized! My fiancé purposely signed his signature and wrote UNTHORIZED!

User's recommendation: Wells Fargo stated anyone can sign your card ! And it’s considered authorized! Even a smiley face! Do by know mean use this bank, your money is NOT secure anyone can use it!

Being taken advantage of

My boyfriend payment this week was not accepting the cards that he had given to them They were saying that the cards did not work. But he had to furnish proof of the cards already redeemed but which I have given him evidence to prove his case to them. But they accepted just two credit cards out of the three. They should have accepted all three cards. Now he has to pay an additional payment of $100 which is not right. They have taken advantage of him because he is rich.

Cant reach customer service. Poor response this is the worst telephone and online reporting system Ive ever seen. No wonder Wells Fargo is a target of online scams. They make it hard to report

You still have a employee who stole my s s card birth certificate etc He has access to get loans credit cards etc He still works for wells Fargo but when I reported the customer service representative say he didn't need the name twice

Personal loan denial

We applied for a loan and we were told that we had some bad things on my credit report and that if we cleared that up we would have a better chance of getting the loan. When I went ahead and paid a $2350 collection off we were still denied a loan. The loan officer gave us *** advice because she should have told us the whole truth that clearing that up still did not get us a loan. she had my credit report and knew that I would not qualify even doing what she said! HELP!! what and still misinfo me

"paid a $2350 collection " HAHAHA.. YOU should have known that you wouldn't have qualified for a loan based on your having this much money in collections.

NO ONE is going to give a Serial Deadbeat a loan when the proved they can't be trusted to pay it back.

It's so sad that your only reason to pay back what you owed was to try and get another loan. You say don't trust the bank...That's a laugh...Your poor showing is the reason banks won't trust YOU...

I was reporting a employee that stolen my personal information I tried to give the name of employee twice but the guy said no both times It shows wells Fargo doesn't care

Yes, i did finally get it, but Wells Fargo policy of 3 days to get into your safe box is not appropriate at all, think of someone needing to get a Healthcare Power of Attorney or a Will or some other critical document. We cancelled our box contract, got a refund and moved the contents.

Wells Fargo 'Temporarily Closed' this branch where we have a safe deposit box. No notice. Now, we need immediate access, and they won't respond for at least 3 business days to then set up an appointment. Terrible service! Update: Need into box quickly, so not happy with Wells process; i will be vacating my safe deposit box first chance i get and not renting it any longer. Update: Has been 2 business days now and still no response. Wells Fargo customer service continues to dismay. Update: Still no response from Wells Fargo. A total disregard for their customers. What if I needed a HealthCare Power of Attorney. This process and the implementation of it for gaining access to my safe deposit box must have been developed by someone who previously worked at the DMV or Post Office. I have escalated previous escalations with no results. I have been with Wells and its predecessor for 35-40 years and this lack of response will drive me to a competitor.

Terrible Customer Service

I have been dealing with the Unclaimed Properties department at Wells Fargo for about 3 months now. The last month and a half they have not responded to numerous emails. And that is another thing, they can't do business over the phone because of Covid. They are the only company I now that is not doing phone business over the phone during this time of need. The last email I got from them was on March 16 and it said they will complete and submit my request on March 22. I have not received any information that it was done and they have failed to respond to emails asking if it was completed.Ter

Problems with account

I spend more than a hour to reach a person at Wels Fargo. While I waited a recording played over and over how important my call was. If me or my call really mattered Wells Fargo would have answered sooner.
