They did this without me

Wells Fargo Bank in a returning my money for a scandal they did to many people ad CPI to auto loan . The appointment was canceled with wells Fargo 48 hours in advance. They did this without hearing even my side. How is that possible. Then Wells Fargo didn't even give them all my evidence and tried to say they never got it when I have a email or 2 of them saying they got the paper work. ONT USED

Lost card

Its upsets me that there is no longer a temporary card that you could receive from bank. I lost my card and have to wait 5-7 days to obtain a new one

Wire Transfer service fee

I am writing regarding the $45.00 wire transfer fee I was charged on 10/20/21, which I feel should not have been charged to my account. There is a statement that the Fees may be waived if funded from an eligible account type. I feel in my case, the business I have done with the Bank over my 44 years as a customer should be an important consideration for classifying my accountant, as an eligible account type and this fee waived. Worst customer service ever. This bank needs to be shut down

I sat on hold for hours for the past 3 days waiting to speak to loss prevention. They put a hold on my check and closed my account. Due to my last previous account. I had lost my debit card and someone had deposit a 3700 fraud check into my account. When I found out about it I filed a police report right away about it. Now Wells Fargo is refusing to let me bank with them.

They think you were involved in the 3700. incident but can't prove it.

They don't have to deal with anyone they choose.

Forget it. Get a new bank and be more careful with your debit card.

Just denials on credit card and personal loans. Should not be so restricted and give those opportunity especially if they have an account with Wells Fargo Bank.

Fraud

Wells Fargo has zelle set up but will not reimburse for fraud. I thought since it was linked to Wells Fargo. It was reputable. It is not. Do not use zelle for any transactions. Wells Fargo will not do anything for fraudulent purchases.

I would defiantly fight this.

We have to find a way to fight these scammers. It is a shame that a bank that we trusted that would support and protect is not not helping.

Lack of co operation/service

I have requested that my branch provide me with some rolls of Silver Dollars. (Not Sacagawea, not Susan B Anthony) But the real large size ones. I have been getting these for years to give to children for Christmas. Me branch tells me they can't order these. I am in need of 100 of these silver dollars. Can my local branch help me out? Can a bank the size of Wells Fargo not help a customer?

I am trying to speak to someone in customer service and cannot get to speak to anyone. I get told the next available banker will be 30 minutes and after fifteen minutes waiting it is still 30 minutes.

This is an international call from Ireland and waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour is not an option. While trying to verify my account a pop up appeared and while trying to get it off the screen the next thing is I am told I have changed my account from mail and on line to online only and there is no way to reverse this. Can I please have an email address for customer service or a call back to 011353****57487 so I can resolve this issue. The previous survey number is 20759****

Terrible bank

I have been a customer for about 20 years. The lobby to my branch is never open and only 1 lane in the drive through. This is Albany Oregon. I call the branch and they do not even answer the phone.

Yesterday I had my little tank and today they stopped me. It is not fair that I can do about it. I have too many difficulties about this. My bank error fixed please

Can't get my information corrected

I have gone to my local Wells Fargo branch twice to get my SS number corrected, they entered it wrong and other info. They have still not corrected the information and I have problems every time when I want cash back. Now they want me to come in for the third time to correct this. I have had it, I think it's time to switch to a different bank.
