Nothing. They close the case on both of my claims and are not able to help me with anything it’s not fair.

I’m not working and there’s money that is lost is stressing me out and has been for the last couple weeks it’s been in my account and I have been a loyal customer for years now. I don’t understand why this is happening and I’ll make sure to let all my friends and family know how heartless Wells Fargo‘s policy is and how uneducated and miss leading they are !

This is the second time I have had issues and Try to file a claim and I have been missed told information on top of getting wrong information. I spent time sending in documents as they were requested for proof of double payments and still was not able to get my money back. Im going going to be leaving Wells Fargo because of this. Thanks for nothing !

Got hung up on

I called in to see the status of my account creation, I explained myself five different ways five different times, then got hung up on.

Banker lady had sentimental relationships whith my husband end take advantage to it to chash 4 costumer personal check under my husband name to her account without my husband sign those checks reported to costumer service they so rude already pass 3 months end have no answer lady still working there as immoral action is suck...to know that

I misread this you all service was great customer service was most helpful I can wait to open my accounts but the part were u have to make an appointment was a little over the top but understandable due to the coronavirus

Told to wear mask

I am usually able to walk into my Wells Fargo bank and do my banking without being told to wear a mask! I recently went into my bank and was quickly told I had to wear a mask because it was the law! If I didnt wear my mask I wouldnt be able to bank! I avoid going into the bank now at all costs! In fact I am now carrying around cash because I cant enter without a mask! Since I can't seem to find a bank with a drive up teller near me I am just stuck! My only alternative is to find another bank that either has a drive up teller or one that will allow me my right to freedom from the mask debacle! Im frustrated and done!

Inattentive, indifferent customer service

Details are not required to simply report that the supervisor with whom I spoke today regarding ongoing issues in simply reordering my checks (which I've had difficulty with for years, literally) incessantly talked over my explanation, reported that "this was the best" they could do, was entirely uncooperative unfriendly and not helpful. This is a supervisor who seemed not to like her job. I should have been done with this bank years ago.

I have tried to call several times but the phone keeps breaking up and can’t understand... Follow up on complaint due to poor customer service and disrespect.

I had voiced my concerns related to disrespecting and discriminating. I did receive follow up from the company to address my concerns. The company addressed with their employees correct protocol related to treating customers with respect and honoring the customers individual needs. Since then, I had visited other branches and found all employees acting accordingly.

Have been consistently paying Wells Fargo monthly on a loan. Noticed that I paid the monthly payment on time by due date, but was charged for another monthly payment when Wells Fargo had the money. Called bank and was received rude and arrogant manager. Bank using money paid to cover back payment which causes current month to incur a late payment and back payment which have been paid to receive another payment when already paid,

Pissed

They told home owners at the start of this pandemic that they were not going to penalize anyone for not paying their Mortgages, that payments would be pushed to the end of the contract and now they are threatening to take our home. Who can we contact to stop this?
