Wells Fargo - Theft or Incompetent (I'm not sure which is worse)
Terrible Customer Service
Cash deposit
I went into Wells Fargo today to make a cash deposit for $30.00 to my niece account. I was told they couldn't take cash on someone else account even though I had their account.
I spent over an hour at the bank I said everything to no avail they wouldn't budge Their reason for this policy
because of dirty money and banks loosing money. I used this bank all the time and also have account with them and they know be by name.
I reminded them of everything they have done in the last years, and they worry about $30.00 The lady at the bank did send a complaint for me I want this out on web so people can read this. I am moving my accounts to another bank.

Called to ask to waive an interest fee due to circumstances with the town's post office on not receiving my bill. Never been late paying any of my wells fargo credit cards.
owed on $300 and they were charging me interest of $546. I figured since i am a long standing client of wells fargo and have never asked for anything from them in the +30 years they would help.
Not only would they not even think about helping but now they are losing my whole families business, we are pulling everything out and going to TD Bank, i have heard nothing but great things about them and how they care about their customers. I have never dealt with a bank like that before.
Ripped off with Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions
We opened the account to get a wooden fence put up. They told us out payments would be about 108.00 a month till the loan balance was paid.
Part was our fault by not checking each statement carefully. We paid the 108 faithfully until I looked at the statement and it said we paid 53.13 in interest. I called them to see what happened. They said we had already paid 1331.00 in interest dating back 8 months.
The amount never changed so that is why I continued paying the same amount as usual. The interest went up to 28.99%. Needless to say all they said is I should have read my statement better. I paid off the account and they will not get one more penny of interest from me.
Lesson learned. I asked them why the amount never changed and they said it was their discretion what the minimum was. So I asked if I was down to $225.00 owed the minimum would still be 107.00?
He had no answer for that. So please beware of what you are signing.

I would like Wells Fargo to help me with making my bed tomorrow.
I heard the commercial. I am confused by the commercial of a former NFL player and currently a "Sports Broadcaster." Please inform me about how I can obtain the assistants of of Wells Fargo help in making my bed tomorrow and every day from now on.
The commercial is nonsensical.
why the requirement for one hundred words? The relationship between the person and the commercial is confusing,

All wells Fargo customers should come together they need to shut the incorporation down.
Dealing with fraud in Wells Fargo
I had well over $200k stolen out of my accounts for years , kept reporting it and the credits were not 99% of the time put back . I called , mailed copies of obvious forged checks , shown bankers statements with huge withdrawals I did not make and was given the run around by the fraud Dept .
I had years of credit card fraud and a horrendous amount of identity theft go on as well and slander . It’s Bogus !!! Each account is insured to $250k and I should be getting back that amount as I had several being stolen from for years , mortgages not valid and withdrawals to pay loans I did not open as well taken out . Ethical ?

No matter how long past a statement , depending on a person having an illness or not able to deal with all the overload , theft is theft and it’s illegal . Step up Wells Fargo !
DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO
On April 26 I did an online deposit with my payroll check. I received an error message that there maybe a hold but if not my funds would be available on April 27.
I call Wells Fargo customer service and was assured that this was a "soft hold" because it was my first initial deposit to a new account and my funds would be available on April 27. The morning of April 27 I check my account and still there was a zero balance. I call Wells Fargo and the automated service said a " hard hold" was placed on my deposit and my funds would not be available now until May 8th. So for 12 days they are holding my funds hostage and they can't cancel it nor close my account.
I have never heard of anything like this in my life... So my funds will be in my hand May 8th and this account will be closed the same day...
No longer accept cash deposits for other accounts.
