I whant to 5 Ave Bank in Anchorage Alaska at the moment nobody was at the bank and I had to Notarized some documents so they just ignore me . They know me I have a Bussiness Account . And they where on the phone the other where just looking at each other. It was so confuse I just left the Bank. Also. My Employee they not like to go there they feel uncomfortable. make sure you check your account before midnight every night because wells fargo will accredit your account if the merchant does not take the funds out of your account that day causing an overdraft on your account when the merchant does take the funds out in a couple of days and you used the accredited money thinking that you can use your AVAILABLE BALANCE .instead of keeping the transaction pending and accounted for until the merchant does take it out as long as you have a positive balance in your account ,meaning not in the negative their will not be an overdraft fee.that is what I am use to when it comes to a bank.not this..

Misleading info while opening Home Equity Line of Credit | Wells Fargo review

We wanted to obtain a home equity line of credit from Wells Fargo for a home addition. So we called the division in June/July 2016 to ask about options. They gave us all the details about the low interest option for the 1st year and then subsequent higher interest rates after 1 year tracking the Prime rate. They also mentioned that before the 1 year ends we can call the division and ask for an extension on the low interest rate for 1 more year before the higher rates kick-in. We were thrilled about this because our home addition process had not begun yet and we might only be completed in 2018. So we went ahead and obtained the loan and it started in August 2016. Fast Forward to July 2017. Our home addition project was well underway with expected completion in Dec 2016. We called Wells Fargo back asking for an extension as we had originally discussed. However, the agents said they don't recall of any such program and never would have said anything like this before. We are currently stuck paying a higher interest rate. In light of recent events where Wells Fargo agents have been creating new fake accounts and misleading consumers with false information to make them sign up, we would appreciate if this matter gets investigated so there are no other victims to this fraudulent scheme.

Went to Essex location to cash a check yesterday and the bottom line was this both parties had an account at Wells and it was a personal check signed over to myself. Instead of worrying about getting your baby feelings hurt and showing off she gave *** customer service about a comment that I made saying it was stupid nobody said she was stupid. After calling the bank manager to do my transaction it still seemed like a hassle to get a $200 check cashed. I have a couple grand in this bank and 3 different accounts I shouldn’t have to jump thru hoops to get a check cashed. I can guarantee it won’t happen again. For the teller may I suggest you sharpen up on your customer service skills because if what I said hurt your feelings then your gonna have some long days working at that branch in Essex. Stop trying to be politically correct and just do your job.

I have had this Wells Fargo credit card for over 5 years, The account was opened in my married name. I tried to pay the bill last month only to discover I could not log on online. When I called they said because of my name change (I previously had a Wells Fargo Mortgage in my maiden name which was paid off about 10 years ago), I had to go into the branch for them to verify my identity. WHAT!!!. My name changed 5 years ago!!!!! The account was opened in my married/current name and now because of an account I had 10 years ago under a different name you lock my on line account so I can't PAY THE BILL!!! It took you 5 years to want to verify my identity WHEN I AM TRYING TO PAY THE BILL. What identity thieves steal your information so they can pay your bills. This is ridiculous. So now I must take time off of work, find a Wells Fargo branch to have this straightened out. Way to go customer service.

Wells Fargo ATM issue on December 2, 2017

This also happened to me, on Dec 2, 2017 at 10:00 am PST (Cali) which I find odd because its the exact same time as the person in this comment section that lives in Trenton, NJ. I am lucky that the bank I was pulling money from (not a Wells Fargo acct) was able to refund the $420 I had withdrawn within 3 days, and now its being processed as a fraud dispute between the financial institutions. This is DEFINITELY a Wells Fargo issue, and I hope that the other people in this situation get their money back quickly. I'm sorry this is putting you all in financial stress. I work for an IT network security company, and I feel that this is an issue with Wells Fargo's network security. I have gone to the branch that this happened at and spoke to a person there, that acted like they didn't know this was an issue...REALLY Wells Fargo, REALLY!!!!
